Jim Stever has owned Jim Stever Realty Since 1990 when he and his wife Darla started the company.  Prior, Jim co-owned American Realty from 1982-1990. Jim enjoys working with people, and showing property.  If you want a "people person" when you buy or sell property, Jim's your man.

Darla has been in Real Estate since 1990. Running 2 offices, training agents, keeping updated on current Real Estate law and procedures, and working with her own referral base, she is devoted to the Real Estate business. Darla has the GRI designation which is among the highest honor, as well as e-PRO, LTG, WCR, PMN, and is a Supra certified Palm and e-key Trainer.

Being retired Air Force, Bob has been working in Real Estate for the past 13 years, helping Military personnel and their families relocate. Bob is proud of his high percentage of past clients who still seek his help.

Jim comes from a background of business owner. He has owned his own Real Estate firm in the past, and now chooses to bring his expertise to Jim Stever Realty. You can find Jim Smith in our Fairfield office.

Cheryl comes to Jim Stever Realty ready to provide both buyers and sellers with the necessary skills needed to help them in buying or selling their home. Cheryl works in the Vacaville office and can be reach Sunday thru Friday

Athena comes to Jim Stever Realty with many years of commercial leasing experience.  Now she's putting that experience to work selling and listing residential property from San Francisco to South lake Tahoe.
